A New York native, Joy Sunday is an actress who has always worn a couple of hats. Aside from maintaining an avid dedication to the immortality of Michael Scott, and pontificating in her journal, Joy produces, writes, and more importantly, performs like her life depends on it.
Theatre alumna of The FAME School, and recent graduate of USC’s film school, Joy has always enjoyed working in front of or behind the camera. You’ll soon catch her as the lead in Bailey Heinonen's campy noir feature, You'll Never See It Coming, and TV! Joy made her music video-producing debut as a finalist in Los Angeles’ Music Video Festival with The Theory, and her film Beautiful Hair debuted with Tribeca, going on to win national merit & audience awards from arts initiatives like YoungArts and the Scholastic Company.
Nowadays Joy is auditioning (a lot), eating chocolate, and figuring out how to do social media. When she’s not overstuffed from Kit Kats, she’s producing more music videos and developing screenplays.
NYC is where her heart is, but LA is where the work (and Disneyland) is. So say hi if you’re in the area!
